In 1994, our company was awarded the ISO 9002 certification for its high standard of quality assurance in the design and manufacture of PCB toolings.
With the aid of computerised technology and facilities, we strive to offer the highest standards in manufacturing quality.
Our Quality Control department monitors the quality of the tooling from in-process inspection through to the final inspection. Part of the process involves test punching of all the outgoing tooling, using the Power Press machine. The precision of the tooling is also carefully measured by using state-of-the-art CNC optical co-ordinate measuring machines and instruments.
